Sorry, I'm not sure with the 01-02's, but U'd think they would be the same deal. Look under your master switch for the plug ports.

Iirc 00-02 never had the turn signals in the mirrors and only the 02 escalades had power fold mirrors with the controls where the 4wd buttons would be

I know 02's had powerfold. There's a yt vid where someone used the dl3's in their--maybe 01-02 truck. I'll try to look for it later. They used a toggle switch to powerfold, and spliced wires for the signals.

There was this one:
@Tonyrodz, this may help identify the needed power/ ground wires for the motors. I think that’s the only thing missing. Not saying you need to wire in a switch, but can use this to identify, apply power to the leads, reverse polarity, etc... hope it helps:

I think that’s the thread you were talking about. Have to have a login for that forum. Otherwise, you can fwd the email I sent you with all the good parts extracted. [emoji16][emoji106]

I did some digging at Top Gears site and found some info on the install of the headlights.
So I apologize to Top Gear. It seems maybe the Chat people need a little training in support.
I'm off to the auto store for new bulbs and such to finish the install.

No parts left over. Just unclear on where the one bracket attached. I figured it out then found an article that showed I was right.

Now a tip of the ole Beer can to TonyRodz!
Bought the Denali rear fender GFX from him and he helped me get the right plastic clips to attach them. Don't mind the small rust spots and such. Once I get the hood I want and a few other body parts it's off for the new paint. I'm leaning towards the original color with Gun Metal Gray Pearl over it.

Temps cresting 80F routinely here on the Gulf, so it was time for a/c. I think this truck will set a record. This will be the 5th compressor installed. First was replaced under warranty, early 00's. Third was one of those $200 ebay bundles I installed in like 2010. The fourth was the cheapest reman compressor on ebay I found. It leaked from the main half seal from day one, but slowly enough a full charge lasted a couple weeks.

Now it was time to do it right, new Denso compressor, Delco drier, CSF condenser. I am a little disappointed that the CSF didn't come with their logo like RockAuto shows (link). Oh well. All done, held -30 on the vaccum for at least 45mins.
