I learned a trick from one of my customers about dents--stick a deflated volleyball or basketball behind the dent--if it's in a door or quarter panel--and then inflate it slowly with an air pump. It'll pop out most of that dent. It really works. Once I did it for a door dent, and the ball actually bent the crash bar! I couldn't believe it. Give it a shot. Should work with the driver side quarter panel.Nope. Too much other stuff on my plate right now. I've spent just about all my free time the last two weeks helping my son fix stuff on his Silverado. Just finished installing a new oil pain this weekend. My father in law gifted him a 99 Silverado that he bought new in 1998, but hasn't done ANYTHING to it as far as repairs go, unless it prevented him from driving it. So even though it was a free truck, it's a damn money pit because it was neglected so badly. Not only was it neglected as far as mechanical repairs, but it has a dent on pretty much EVERY body panel as well.
The ONLY good thing about this truck is the fact that it's a one owner truck, and it was FREE. View attachment 204063 View attachment 204064 View attachment 204065

Got sick of seeing the rust on the rockers, so I picked up the Duplicolor Bed Armor.

You have my attention good sir.Nice. I bought some bedliner spray in a can for my Express van front bumper because it was rusty. Looks good but the rust bleeds through. I even sprayed rust convertor first. No going back now...

Whatcha pay?
One of the reasons I went with the roll on stuff, as opposed to the spray. The roll on stuff should be nice and thick. I don't think any rust will be bleeding through the rubber.Nice. Stay tuned. You have my attention good sir.
$82 and change, saw some used ones for $60 so figured the extra was worth it for a new one
