Hmm ok. Im biased against Monroe's i guess. I suppose they are just tenneco with a monroe label.Are we talking about the same ones? Cause the ones I’ve seen on Amazon were identical to the AC Delco ones, there’s a few pics on Amazon forget it it was the front or rear ones but it was pretty much an AC Delco shock in a Monroe box

Confirmed,... slight protrusion with 1.5",.. so your info on the 1.75" was correct....in my case in doesnt come into play.Nice. Some report 1.75 as the magic no trim number. Do your rims have divots in the back? I think that may make the difference.
