Temporarily removed my Onstar and XM antennas to check the hole size (both have a 3/16" and 5/8" hole, if anyone's wondering). The plan is to remove them both and plug with color-matched plugs. Need to do a little polishing up there where the antenna bases were mounted, but I think I can get it looking good enough for a roof. I also removed the aftermarket GPS puck from the middle. Hopefully it'll look a lot cleaner up there when I'm done.

Wasn't having any luck getting the lid to open on my flip/down center console for the mid jump seat. Did some more reading and sprayed WD40 in it. Opened up almost immediately! This truck is a 2003 but somebody was still living in the 90s when the lid mechanism locked up.

Anybody know of some "side skirts" for the 800's? With my Hoe sittin up high the holes from the factory trim and nerf bars are somewhat visible, especially from a car height view. Startin to bug me...

Something like how automatic steps would tuck up to the bottom panel.

Well....you could install automatic steps!

Sorry! I don't have any other valuable input!

Lowes, here are the baggies, 2 per, for a grand total of like $4

Here's after a few coats of Duplicolor:

I just finished painting, total of 4 coats of Olympic White, 4 coats of Duplicolor Clear Coat. Tomorrow, weather permitting, I'm going to remove the antennas, polish the overall area to try to blend it with my new paint job, then install the plugs with some adhesive sealant.

Then the truck might be ready for a deep clean, then Optimum Gloss-Coat and Opti-Seal...

Which size plug goes for the onstar antenna? The one on the driver's side roof.

It's like a time capsule.
Saw this today when I started it up.

I'm pretty sure I've read the outside air bag sensors go bad. Anyone have any thoughts on the cause?
