I would paint the black part with black paint just to make it have a better gloss finishI think youre right. Do a cm cap and gloss black over the black parts. I guess technically you can just smooth and clear over the black plastic![]()

Same mounting base as nnbs hd mirrors that everybody swaps onto a nbs. See this swap more on trucks than suvs. Pnp I'm not sure, but my guess is same wires maybe differnet plug.Is that even possible? Would they pnp? Or need rewiring?
Lookin good!I got around to putting on my old license plate on the front of my truck, and it helps hide the difference in surface quality in the chrome.
Also replaced the brittle screw holders and rusty screws on the rear plate.
Not bad for spending only $2 to replace them both.

Oh boy!!Looks like the weather is going to be Ok this weekend so I decided I'm going to install my Whipple. Just scheduled the following Monday off work in case I need extra time. Stay tuned.
