No @Tonyrodz. I have dynatech headers and y pipe. I've seen a lot of guys use the speed engineering setups on pt.net. something has got to be off.Has anyone else here used them? Positive or negative results? @bottomline2000 did you use these guys?
@Fosscore I appreciate it bud I had my daughters with me at the time and I wanted to set the best example to deal with negativity possibleProbably rolled coal out of the parking lot thinking he was a big man telling another man that his Denali wasn't as good as his Duramax.
GMC ******!! Lol
Way to be the bigger man @DDenali.
Maybe something like 4wd and 2wd have different measurements? No @Tonyrodz. I have dynatech headers and y pipe. I've seen a lot of guys use the speed engineering setups on pt.net. something has got to be off.

The trucks are all the same.Maybe something like 4wd and 2wd have different measurements?
I figured cause when I look for parts I never see an option. Just wonder maybe the frame cross member and oil pan might be different as it is on other brand trucks. So theres no reason why those shouldn't fitThe trucks are all the same.
The only things that I'm aware of that can vary is the transmission pan. Everything else should be identical.I figured cause when I look for parts I never see an option. Yea also transmission and transfer case might bolt up to a different cross member. But like I said I've looked at headers and don't think I ever seen a 4wd or 2wd option. The only things that I'm aware of that can vary is the transmission pan. Everything else should be identical.
Damn those old ones the originals ? lol I bet you can feel the difference for sureSwitched out those old, rusty spark plugs and wires.
Feels like a cleaner drive.
Also trimmed the driver side wheel cover to fit the new tires. Was rubbing at full turn.

Did you tuck the antenna along the fender under the Hood? Now you gotta fill that hole or grab an escalade cowl piece.Worked on the hoe all day...replaced a faulty coil, cleaned maf sensor, did antenna delete and replaced license plate lights with some new led's

Got damn I hate when someone butchers wiring you can correct that though budI had zero reception on the stock radio, the previous owner(butcher) created an electrical nightmare i'm still sorting out...i actually had a spare antenna laying around which i had to solder onto the existing antenna wire which was cut and spliced 3 times!
I wound up mounting it under the front cowl and using the entire truck frame as an antenna...so far so good
The cowl piece is the least of my concerns right now, i'll eventually fix that lol...i need to re wire the engine cooling fans onto a rocker switch asap. The butcher hardwired the fans using a piece of 14awg wire into the fuse box under the fuel pump fuse! the fans are constantly running and the wire keeps arching![]()
