What did you do to your NBS GMT800 Tahoe/Yukon Today?

Honestly, I'm not sure why my mileage is as good as it is. My dad's tahoe is 4 years older with an efan mod, mostly the same everything else (both 5.3) mines a z71 and his is an LT, and on the same roads he gets 12-13

Not to rain on your parade, but have you manually calculated your MPG with miles on the odometer vs. gallons at the pump to full? The only reason I ask is because the gallons used counter on my DIC does not match the amount of fuel it takes to refill the tank. The DIC is using that number to calculate the MPG on the display. My true MPG is always lower then the tank MPG on the DIC.

I'd be happy, but surprised, to be wrong.

Yeah, it's usually a little off, but not by much. But it was by the calculator 16.92mpg at last fill

Every time I fill up I say to myself I won't stomp on it this tank to see if I can make that mpg number a bit higher.

I do enjoy the sound of my truck perhaps a little too much sometimes, so that reality of higher mpg's never seems to materialize.

I wish I had the budget for it! I'm gonna eventually get around to rebuilding the top end, and replacing gaskets and such.

Mpgs should be better due to better breathing. But you can't romp on it, like we all do! Lol

test fitted the 22's I recently picked up, rubs just a little bit on full steering lock to lock. Hopefully can get them powder coating in the next couple weeks.

I installed new OE style fogs on my Yukon XL:

Now I just have to make up my mind if I want to see better in the fog, or have them match the switchbacks...
