Anybody ever have a power window that wont stop going up and down? Turned the truck off and it stopped when I started it back up, but was weird.

sometimes if you disconnect the battery the drivers window may need to be recalibrated which is done by pushing the down button and holding it down for 5 seconds after the window has gone down then hold it up and continue holding it up for 5 seconds after the window is up.

Installed Batman lights from a 2021+ on my 2018 Escalade. When looking at the instructions it showed Chevy and GMC so if your Chevy or GMC has puddle lights then you could also install on your rig. I found them on OfferUp for $50. I was able to adjust and angle it perfect. You just need to match the sticker for the left and right. They fit perfect too like it was made for it.

Ordered off of Amazon a console organizer with the change holder. Now I have three levels of storage.

Level 3 (bottom) Got me a Coach CD holder wallet off of eBay brand new for $30. Got to have my CDs for long road trips.

Bought a wireless CarPlay adapter from MicroCenter for $89 yesterday. I bought it from a store just incase I want to return it. I will know in a week if it will work for me or not.

ordered the HID bulbs and harness and dust covers I need to convert the low beams to HID, I already have some good ballast's. should be a easy upgrade

I decided I like my regular navigation & radio display better because the display shows the outside temp and I like the OEM black background better. I will just keep the phone wire loose when I want to use CarPlay I will plug it in for directions. I can also send to my directions with the Cadillac app so I can see the navigation directions on the heads-up display. My 2018 Camry hybrid has CarPlay but not wireless. I will use the wireless adapter for my Camry instead. I don’t want to feel like I am driving my Camry or a regular car with CarPlay when driving my Escalade. I like the infotainment Cadillac offers over CarPlay. The later k2xx Cadillac comes with the iheart, pandora and some other music apps on the infotainment. I could navigate through my iPod through my cluster & my usb drive which is easier than using CarPlay.

Small gap between the 2nd and 3rd row where they meet up , may let them settle and two-side tape them .

It is here in the desert, LOL! Unfortunately my wife is disabled and a lot of the extra stuff she needs really makes it hot for her, kind of like wearing a thick coat in the summer so anything to make it cooler wins.

So I decided to gut the interior this weekend. I was able to find all the upfitter remnants and remove them along with finding all the oem harnesses so I can connect the lighting I want to install along with add the trailer brake control. Turned out to be a bigger job than I thought as it took most of the weekend but glad it is done.
