What cooler is this on the driver's side in front of the radiator in the pic? Power steering? Oil?

Yeah, I know that one. I installed a larger Hayden one in my 2001 years ago and will probably upgrade this one this summer.

The OEM cooler is pretty substantial. Are you seeing high trans temps? Over 230 is "high"..... Dexron 6 is meant to run at these temps.

The factory one on the 2012 is about twice as tall as the factory one that came on my 2001.

I'm not having any problems currently, I haven't towed with the Denali yet. The highest temps I've seen just with passengers in summer heat has been about 180-190.

Figured I'd put one a bit taller for good measure before I do use it to tow my car trailer

180-190... those are actually very good temps. I bet you will be fine but a bigger cooler will always be good.
