My 2007 Tahoe with 95k miles does something weird at highway speeds going around a right hand curve. While driving straight it is smooth as glass but while going around a right hand curve you can feel what feels like a nail or rock in the tire but there isn't one and the tires are new. What else could cause that? Maybe a wheel bearing?

sounds like a rythmic scraping when turning? Have you checked for debris lodged behind the rotor backing plates? I also had a similar noise once. It was rust built up under my caliper shims that when i turned, the shim would contact the rotor. I rid that noise by removing the caliper and cleaning the rust with a wire brush and chisel and hammer.
