Weird AC issue...

04 suburban with digital thermostat

Front AC works fine while in motion
So does the rear.
When I'm sitting still with the front ac only running its starts blowing cool but not cold air. It's almost warm
Turn on the vest AC and every vent in the vehicle is blowing frigid air. Turn the crest ac off and the front returns to blowing warm air. Start driving abd the v front AC by itself blows frigid.

Burned out fan motor? Doesn't that year have two cooling fans? One for the engine and one for the AC? I had an old Pontiac do this, we just kept the rear air on which kept the whole interior cooler anyway.
