Water under driver side door sill

When it rains I get water under the driver side door sill, any idea as to where it might be coming from? The passenger side is fine, checked under the mat and firewall it's all dry it's only wet under where the door sill goes

I had that problem. Took me like forever to find it. Did you pop the sill and pull the carpet up all the way through the foot well? Mine was actually leaking through a grommet in the firewall. I finally ended up spraying that rubber paint, like seen on tv all around in there, and it finally went away.

It actually ended up being the door weatherstripping
