I think its 12598322 for the Vortec Max, will have to pull the invoice to confirm it. BTW its a discontinued part but that does not mean you cant find it. Its like $35 for the upper cover. The right and left cover (covers coil packs) are a little more expensive.

Edit: I see your local, can try to order one for you if you want. I own a automotive business and get a discounted rate from my local GM dealer.

dont those covers only fit on a 6.0. I ask b/c i have tried and it wouldnt fit.

They fit NBS trucks with 4.8, 5.3, and 6.0 the side covers are a pain to put on any of them LOL
