Anybody have any other suggestions on loud, deep, throaty mufflers?

Tahoe had been running a little rough. Sometimes I’d have power and sometimes not. Felt like it would be flooding out or misfiring. Ended up wiring in the SECOND knock sensor, and it ran great for a while. Still had the same feeling going on, but wasn’t as bad, but then transmission wouldn’t shift until around 3500 RPM no matter what throttle I was at. Had a TPS low voltage code and TPS intermittent code. Changed out the TPS, and she’s back to better than before! Next up, finish the exhaust and 0411PCM swap.

I bet that was frustrating when it was happening.

Absolutely was. Started thinking maybe something in the transmission was binding, losing voltage, etc. All sorts of bad things going through my head lol.

Gotta get the hydroboost unit on and all new brakes.

Man, I have hydroboost on my express 2500--that's loaded with weight, and it stops amazingly quick. Excellent upgrade.
