Is there a way to run the vin number to find out all the options that came with my truck since I don't have the window sticker?

just type your vin in place of the one that comes up in the link
if you want the build sheet then go to the gm website, select your brand, then go to chat and the chat rep can email you the build sheet. the chat service is open m-f 8-4 eastern time and 1/2 the day on Saturdays, no chat on Sundays.
When you use this link, make sure you type all letters as a CAITAL LETTER. It does not like lower case letters.

One of the most accurate is to get the girl from GM to email it to you. The most accurate is to take a picture of your RPO sheet and create a spread sheet to identify all the codes. You can also pay $5 or so to compnine.com and they will send you the RPO Sheet with explanations for 4 or 5 VINs for that price, been a few years since I needed their services.
If the 8th digit of your VIN is "Z" then, unless it's been replaced, you have an L59 Flex Fuel 5.3L engine.

I don't think they put a 4.3L engine in this generation.
