Va-20" gmc wheels

Not sure what these 20" GMC NNBS wheels go for. No tires, lug nuts or TMPS sensors. There are lots of scratches on 3 of the, around the valve stem area. Is $400 reasonable or too high? There maybe more photos in my album.
