Ive heard a lot of good things about the TYC head lights and I had a few questions. I bought another set of head and parking lights on ebay a while back and they look great, but the headlights are already starting to get yellow but the parking ones are fine. Do TYC headlights yellow quickly? Also, the headlights I bought on ebay fit fine but when you press on them they move around pretty easily and just feel cheap. Are the TYC headlights sturdy? They are only $60ish on ebay and that seems like a damn good deal. ALSO, do their tail lights fit and hold up well?

you should have gotten them straight fro tyc, through amazon. you can get all the lights through amazon. and thier dirt cheap. the only thing wrong is on the tails;which i just installed not t long ago, take a little moving around for them to slip in. and to line back up the bolt holes. on the bottom you just gottta push on em as you screw in.

I've had my tyc headlights on my tahoe 2 door for a year now and still look like new. Fit and finish is excellent. Bought mine locally.

I bought the eBay lights back when I had just gotten the hoe and it had the reallyyyy nasty stockers on it and I wasn't a member if the forum yet. So I didn't know!! But yea the eBay lights are kinda ****** and I'm ready for some TYC's and an HID kit! Thanks for the input guys and I'll probably get the tail lights also. I couldn't believe how cheap the TYC lights were after hearing all these good things about them

I've been kicking this idea around as well since its no secret that the c/k series headlights are certainly lacking something in the "good vision" department. I have never owned a c/k truck that has had good lighting when it comes to headlights. Always dull and don't really project for shit. Even with perfectly clear lenses and let me tell you the ones I have now on the Yuk... are in need of a serious restoration of replacement.

So my question is this, why spend the $$$ on these stock appearing replacement lenses versus just getting the resotring kit from like McGuire's or something simliar and doing that?
