Today after pulling the radio out to put the ipod cable in, I noticed that I bumped the hazard switch....and then noticed I broke the hazard switch off. It needs to be replaced and it looks like a real bear!. Ive already broke the steering column shroud trying to get to it. Has anyone done a write up on this yet?

When I reaplaced mine I took the bottom cover off. I didn't have to take the top off. There is if i remember right 2 star screws what hold the actual switch in. There is a harness that is below the dash that is held in a bracket. The harness has a bolt that runs threw it to disconnect them. Then you have to remove some clips to get the wires out of the harness. I had a single wire that ran over the top of the steering colum. That was a pain to run. It is a tight space. Not to hard just take your time!
