Trying to find 25w HID Kit for Fogs

I been searching for a 25w HID kit for my fogs on my 07 Tahoe. I used the 35w kit but it melted up the housing. I hear that some go with the 25w and have no problem. Could someone point me in the right direction to find a kit?

Choose 25W. $120, so not cheap. I had found them somewhere else for cheaper, but I can't remember where now. I ended up putting H1 projectors in my fogs in the end.
