I've seen a few threads on this, I am also noticing more clunking when driving and transitioning sometimes from coast to load.

Rear shaft is not moving, also most or all of this clunk noise in the video is from the TC itself.

Debating rebuilding myself or just swapping it with a reman unit from The Gear Shop for just under $1K.

This view is looking back to the TC from the front driveshaft TC output.

This might happen sooner than later. I have also been noticing a very slight vibration/hum above 70 MPH. Reminds me of a driveshaft imbalance but these are new driveshafts front and rear.

I remember I had some slight play in the tailshaft of the transfer case with the slip yoke installed. I removed the driveshaft today to see exactly what I'm dealing with and this is what I found. Was much more pronounced without the slip yoke inserted. Does @NickTransmissions rebuild transfer cases also? If so, does this seem excessive?

Stock TC with 159K miles, I want to speculate this is the culprit.

I "think" that amount of play is normal. But hopefully someone will chime in
soon that is for sure on both of these TC's

Are all the AWD transfer cases interchangeable from 07-14? I found one from an 08 Esky I might tear into.
