tranny problems

About a month ago i had my tranny gone completly rebuilt with supposedly performance parts well now i have no 3rd or od if i floor it itll shift into 3rd at high rpms and drive normal but as soon as i let off it goes right back into second any one had this problem

If you had a shop do it I would take it back to them and have them check it out.
