tranny issues, please help soon

ok so i am having some problems, my tranny wont shift into 3rd or 4th but i have 1st and 2nd, it wont shift into 2nd from 1st unless im above 30 mph, at first everyone was telling me it was my TPS, so i replaced it, now its still doing it. what do i have to do to fix this, please help soon

Bad buffer, Broken wires from sensor, or broken speed sensor itself. Maybe Sticky Solenoid, Worn out bands?

Pull the codes...with the info you provided it sounds like the typical 3/4 clutchpack going out problem. Need more info and check my threads, there's a good one on common 4l60e tranny problems

IIRC the "beast" sunshell, heavy duty sprags, & 5 pinion planetary are key components for a "performance" 4l60e. I am surprised they are not offered in the performance rebuild kit.

Personally, you should go with a reputable local tranny builder. This way if you have issues he is readily available to look at it & not have to diagnose problems via phone, email, etc... It will also save you dropping out the tranny to ship it back if it is found to be defective.
