Hi guys,

I recently went on a road trip and my tire burst. (this was the RR tire)

Anyways, so I got it replaced and now am getting the "check TPMS" error on the DIC. I went thru the manual that gives step by step instructions on how to reset it.

In short, we have to do the re-tuning in FL/FR/RR/RL order. (The same order the lights come on during tuning) am sure the guys who have done this are familiar with what am saying.

So here is my problem:
I start the re-tuning of the sensors and get the "HORN" on FL and FR with no problems. However, when the RR light comes on, I have to deflate/inflate the RL in order to get the "HORN". Then the light moves to the final position of RL.

So which tire should I deflate/inflate next?!?! I tried other tires when the RL light is on but it didn't work.

I never switched or rotated tires. The sensor was working fine till it burst and had to replace the tire.

Did someone get this before? Oh yes, and I didn't take it to the dealer yet.

Thanks.

sensor could be bad now.

I'd recommend having your dealer reprogram to confirm. Takes less than 2 minutes.
