It was at the 1", just looks off because of the angle of the dangle.

Easier to measure if you set the sleeve on end, on a piece of paper, and trace around it tightly with a sharp pencil. Then measure the inside line diameter on the paper. That removes the dangling angle....
All I can say is the bigger one goes on top. I remember when we were assembling these, it was easy to confuse the 2 sizes.

I wish. Had to deal with this now--
According wasn't working. Guy grounded out the relay and it kicked on, but not by the head unit. Said most likely the head unit went bad. I hope that's it. Bisch cost me almost $200!
Now my ign cylinder doesn't want to turn.

I took it for a short ride on local streets--honestly I really didn't notice a difference. Afterwards I realized I forgot to tighten down the lock nuts, but that wouldn't affect the ride. I really need to get the front bar now.
