Does it work as good as they say? 25 hp 20 lbs and 2mpg? Is it an easy job and worth it?

LMAO no.

Throttle response will increase and you will see an increase of about 1mpg.

This is for a TBI, right?

Dont pay big bucks for one, get the cheapest one summit has,

I feel more low end and throtle response with a TBI spacer.

A lot of people complain about tbichips.com

http://www.fastchip.com would be the better option. Ed is a helpful guy and will answer any question you shoot at him. Will be going with him once I do my brake kit.

95s came detuned from the factory so a custom chip will be a big improvement.

Im curious, why did the 95's come detuned? What is different?

I 'd like to add a chip that will make power i can feel and still get good mileage, Fastchip is the way to go??

Ive read a lot about Ed wright , seems like he knows his stuff.

Im more knowlegable on OBD 2 vehicles for tuning, so school me on the OBD 1's !!

Emission and warranty purposes.

There is Fastchip and there also is http://westers_garage.eidnet.org/index2.htm, but they are a little bit pricier.

Fastchip's basic chip should be sufficient for a slightly modified truck and only runs $159. Once you get into engine upgrades; cam, heads, so on, you will need a custom chip.
