Hello All, I have a 2015 Tahoe, and already upgraded the cold air intake, and added a Borla exhaust, and love the difference it makes. Now I am looking at performance tuning, and/or a throttle body spacer. I see a lot of people went to Black Bear. I live in Phoenix Arizona, so that is not an option for me. I also see the Diablo I3 being used. Can a novice car person use the Diablo.? or is going to a shop a better option if so, can somebody recommend something in Phoenix? Last question the throttle body spacer do they also help

just because you are in Arizona doesn't prevent you from getting a blackbear tune, it is all done by mail/over the internet.
you can order the tune online and the autocal comes in the mail, do a couple recordings, email them to blackbear and about 2-3 weeks later walla you are good to go.
if you have any kind of state inspection, generally the tune is invisible, if you needed to put it back to stock you just plug in the autocal and about 1 minute later you are back to stock. easy peasy

Welcome to the Forum from NH.

Lots of knowledgeable folks here who freely share their knowledge, experiences, and perspectives. Knowledge is power.

I hope that you will become a participating member in the Forum's discussions.

More pics of the truck, please.

You are already receiving sage advice from the knowledgeable folks on this Forum.

"love the difference it makes" You haven't seen anything yet, until you get a tune.

I've had BlackBear tunes (remote to NH), and they tune both your ECM for the motor and the TCM for your transmission (which actually has more of an impact than the ECM tune). Simple, and NO wrenching involved at all. ~$700 total cost, and future tune adjustments are also available at a nominal price, if/when you make some more performance mods or simply change tire sizes.

Give @BlackBearPerf a call and discuss your wants.
