friend of mine at work recently put a 2.5" front level on his new 2014 chevy 2500. he believes it is a procomp kit. i took a pic of this cv angles etc. because they looked a bit extreme, coming to y'all for opinions.

also a pic of the angles on my 07 tahoe w/ 2.5" leveling kit for another reference

I typed a long post thinking you said the truck was a 1500, and then realized you said 2500. Since its a 2500 just tell him to decrank the torsion bars some. Those angles look pretty steep and I'm sure it rides terrible.

X2. That angle on the cv axle is too much. Gonna cause problems soon. How did the alignment angles look on the printout? I would also expect some bump steer on the tie rod angle.

x3 on the 2500 CV angle.

The bottom pic of the Tahoe looks good. Is that using a bottom strut spacer?

If he doesn't align eventually, when he gets those angles taken care of, he is again asking for trouble. IMO By the way, I reread the post, and did not see where he mentioned the alignment one way or the other.

it's the Truxxx 2.5" adjustable kit. bottom strut spacer for 1" lift, then 3 stackable plates on top each adding 0.5". i think the kit is still available but not under the Truxxx name anymore, could be wrong tho
