Tahoe rear axle swap

Hey everyone I got a questing is it possible to swap Tahoe 1995 rear axle with Silverado 1996?
Or if not which other models would suit to swap to tahoe 95' 5.7 v8?

Yes, or try a 99 and get rear disc brakes! Master cyl swap too.
