Ok so weird issue with my 99 burb with the autotrak 246 t case. Sometimes when i park it and go to leave a while later when i start it the t case makes a clunking noise. Its like it shifts in to neutral or something. Would a bad 4wd selector switch cause this or do i need to look at other parts? It doesn’t do it all the time but every so often. I throw it in to 4 hi and 4 lo and drive in a straight line for a few hundred feet to keep everything lubed up once a month

Could be the switch or the actuator. A scan tool would be helpful here.

Even if there’s no check engine lights or anything it just does it when you first started in the mornings at all even hear a click from the shift
