Switched Power in Fusebox at Dash

[Foggy]

I am adding a gauge and having a hard time finding a switched power fuse
in the inside fusebox on the side of the dash - drivers side.
All seem to be constant.
I've checked them with my testlight and all seem to be hot even with the
key OFF.. I really figured the wiper/seats/ type of stuff would be switched ON only, not
constant.
What am I missing Here ???

Thanks ! Where is that module located ?? I was hoping that I could tap into my fuseblock on the left side of the dash since
my gauge will be right there.. Any ideas??

It's about a foot below the fuse box
