Superlift website doesn't really explain this setup and I can't find anyone that has used it?

For that kind of money you can get a 4" kit for $200 more and $600 more for 6". Ive only seen one tahoe using it and its a nice look for the undercarriage but I wouldnt waste the money and do keys/spacers for 2" lift

What 4" kit cost $1200?

This is usually advertised as a 3.5" kit, and would be a lot better ride than keys and spacers. Keeps factory ride, travel, and angles, which you don't get with keys. Superlift shocks are trash, but the lift looks good!
