stock trailblazer springs?

Im supposed to be lowering the rear of a 05 yukon xl soon and looking for 1.5-2". ive read about trailblazer drop springs getting about 1.5" extra drop on yukons. So has anybody ran stock trailblazer springs for a subtle drop. Or any reason to believe its not a good idea?

I suspect that they would be too soft personally. Could probably get some from a junkyard for next to nothing.
