I have a 2018 Chevy Tahoe. When I attempt to start the vehicle, everything powers on except for the engine. I can activate the AC, windows, Bluetooth, music, and so on. I hear one click from the engine, followed by a sound similar to a computer engine, but the engine does not start.

First check your battery voltage (a fully charged healthy battery is 12.6 - 12.8 volts) 12.3 and less is considered extremely low state of charge. Even with a technically dead battery the functions you mention would still run, just not enough power for the starter motor. If your battery is older than 3 or 4 years it's on borrowed time. Attempt a jump start and that will answer the question.

Pics of the truck, please. If we can't see it, it does not exist.

You are already receiving sage advice from the knowledgeable folks on this Forum.

If you have a battery charger/maintainer, put it on the battery for several hours to charge it up to its current capability. Then, remove the battery from the truck and take it to a local auto parts store with a bench battery load tester. This is the only way that you can truly assess the condition of your battery.

If your battery cables are original, you should consider changing them, as they tend to rot from the inside out, thus not visibly showing any deterioration. While you are doing this, you will also make clean and tight electrical connections for these cables.

Last, check the condition of the ground strap that goes from the engine block to the firewall, to ensure that it is in good condition, and that the connections are clean and tight.
