Was fixing( changing oil sensor ) and the black loom started to crumble! So one thing led to another and now this. This is half done.

some people just dont understand the desire to make the engine compartment look better since the hood is usually shut. looks good should pop that engine cover off and add some color too that too. i did red loom on one of my previous vehicles and added some red to the engine cover too. rarely had to hood up as i did it for my own pleasure but when I did show people they liked it.

Yeah I was thinking of turning the vortex to red and paint the fuse cover and motor cover to match the body. Yeah my hood is never up but when it is, it's looking good.

Or simply pull that nasty engine cover (IMHO, of course) and let it keep a shelf in the garage from floating away.

i thought about pulling the upper plenum off the intake of my last car and having that done. easier to just diy the cover myself.

ha i wish 2 kids and the one is only 5 weeks old and the other is 4. i will be happy if i can scoop up another 3rd gen camaro beginning of next year thats in decent shape. my 97 tahoe is about as far as i plan on going with it besides doing some cosmetic and maybe getting setup with a blackbear tune. too many other things to pay for to spend that kind of cash.
