Smelling a burned smell under hood?

Oil level good, coolant level is maybe an inch at most under the fill line and that’s after a year if not more of this coolant. Not over heating and not stalling or anything. Doesn’t smell electric or like oil either.

Was the oil or any other fluids replaced recently (possibly spilled on the motor)?

Have you looked under the truck to see if something is dripping onto the exhaust? Any oil line leaks, PS pump lines, trans lines? Oil residue under bell housing of trans?

Just like what @Joseph Garcia and @B-train said, any recent work or spills? Anything wet on the ground or on underneath components? Put your hands under the heater hose tees and see if is wet?

Was ANY work done at ALL recently? Even something as simple as a belt replacement?
