I had a Craftsman Kohler Command with a 22.5 horsepower motor that looked very similar to that. And yes, it popped wheelies! Was a fun little machine to mow the yard with. Kids loved racing it up and down the street too. Often I'd be sick for months and the grass would get up to 3 foot high in some places and put that thing in low and those three blades would chew through everything in 1 pass with sharp blades, 2 when they needed sharpening.
