Slippery running boardx

The running boards on my Tahoe bevomd vdru slippery when smow or slush is around. Myself and a few passengers have fallen as a redult.

Doed anyone have a good coating or tape to apply which would refuce the risk to slipping?

There is a rough texture coated tape that is used on entrance steps for RV’s. You could also use rough texture paint for truck bed liner.

Same here! I got some abrasive tape from Lowes and it works just fine.

I believe the tape or paint on stuff is called "Deck Tread".

Are you using a treatment for plastic or back to black treatment on running boards?

Was actually thinking of using skateboarder's grip tape ...
