Shopping a 2013 Yukon: Shaking at 70-75, moisture in head lamps, suggestions

Here are images of the 2013 Yukon, that looked really good to me. I was ready to buy it, but my mechanic rejected because it was coated with mud and was rusting underneath. See the moisture in the headlamp. Little do I know.
