Shipping timelines

Vehicle was produced this week and I have the VIN. I checked and it’s with the shipping company and has a shipping ID, but does not list delivery destination or location.

Anyone have any idea how long it takes from completion to delivery from Arlington to other TX cities?

I’m in the Austin area and it’s not a long drive!

My dealer in Dallas said it’s been taking 4-8 weeks to get them from the factory once built. (And that’s <30 miles from my dealer). Seems crazy but is what it is I guess.

Mine was produced 12/6, arrived at the dealer yesterday.

Yours must have went to a storage lot waiting for a part(s)/chip(s).

My Yukon SLT was produced 2/24 was at the rail yard 2/25 and is due here in Arizona 3/8

I got an update yesterday that it’s expected 3/26…. Essentially 3 weeks post production… we’ll see if it actual happens

It would seem that way, but it was never shipped back to the factory before it hit the rail yard. It’s like it just sat there for 2 months. Glad it’s finally here though!

Tahoe arrived today… 16 days early. Maybe things are looking up on the transportation front. Essentially 1 week from build to delivery

That's crazy it takes GM that long to get the trucks 30 miles down the road. Mine was built and delivered to MN in a matter of 3 weeks from start of build to delivery at the dealership.

Edit: thats from production start not order date.

where did you check for shipping info? looks like you can't search VIN on palsapp anymore....

its been sitting at distribution center/rail yard here in Chicago waiting on transport over 3 weeks, 20 mins from my dealer. So frustrating!!
