Were you lowered? If so, how low? Which links?
Everything is stock , just when the air suspension stopped working it was stuck on the lowest setting , like when the vehicle lowers for easy exit . I’m about 2 inches higher than what I was stuck at when it didn’t work.

Gotcha - I"m lowered 2.5-3" all day. I had the message display twice when loading fuel and people while the vehicle was running.

I'm having the same issue. At just under 1,000 miles I had the "Service Leveling System" message and it is stuck at the lowest ride height. Funny thing is that the message appeared briefly and dismissed itself about 5 or 6 times. I had been using the automatic lowering when parked setting but I have not hauled anything but my family in it. I didn't drive it over the weekend but on my way to the dealer this morning the message did not reappear but it still has the same problem. So now I get to sit at the dealer while they figure this out. I'm not happy.

Mine is back in the shop for the same issue. They've ordered some kind of "actuator" that Cadillac suggests will fix the issue, but I presume they're beta testing their fix on me. Incidentally, I tried the battery disconnect before taking it in, but no such luck. Message stayed.

I have a 2021 Denail with only 300 miles and I just had the same “service leveling system” light come in. They basically put my car in normal drive mode at all times until GM apparently updates how to fix or solve this issue. Has anyone had any luck through their dealership on solving this problem?

I’m taking my car back in this Monday. When they first returned my car they basically did a system reset on the ALCM and communication was established again. However, when I walk up to my car it no longer lowers down and raises anymore for entry/exit. I also feel like the ride itself is not as smooth anymore and if the air suspension is off or now in normal mode? I was told they may have to flag a diagnostic claim straight to GM. This is so frustrating to have a new vehicle and now dealing with the air ride feature. I called multiple service GM dealerships today to see if anyone has figured it out? Sounds like GM Engineering is working on this problem and we may have to wait it out.

I have received the message 3 times tonight. wasnt able to go over 56 miles per hour. Reset twice in my garage and once at AutoZone. It all started when the dealer loaded my brakes in the back of my vehicle.

I have a 2021 Z71 Tahoe that had the same issue today. I took the fuse out and tested it, it was still good, placed back in and it immediately solved the problem. I doubt the fuse was loose because it didn’t feel that way when I removed it, but in previous models I’ve seen the fuse being the likely culprit.

Hey GoldenBear03 - Did your situation get resolved? Do you know what codes were popping up?

I have received the message 3 days in a row. Today - with kids sitting in the 3rd row.

Not resolved yet, but the vehicle goes to the dealership tomorrow to have this part they've ordered installed. I'll let you guys know what it is and whether it solves the issue.

Alright...we got it back and things seem to be working normally again. The dealer replaced something known as the differential control module. Cadillac Tech Support told the dealer the issue was known and a long-term fix is being pursued, but until that happens, they recommended the replacement of this part. The dealer told me they wouldn't be surprised to see me back with the same problem again, but I'll keep my fingers crossed.

Can someone confirm that auto leveling can be disabled full time by a technician?
