Well, I guess my only next step with this "Service Leveling System" issue is to file a formal complaint with GM.
See my previous posts at https://www.tahoeyukonforum.com/threads/occasional-service-leveling-system-messages.155507/ and https://www.tahoeyukonforum.com/threads/service-leveling-system.156419/
My Tahoe has been to the dealer twice where they could not find any error codes.
I brought it a third time with the error message active (and they still could not read it), and their troubleshooting replaced the suspension control module and valve body (but not the pump or the sensors, which I think are the only other "active" components). But the error message came back within a day.
Brought it in the fourth time with the error message active again, and they supposedly have troubleshot it and road tested it more than 40 miles and worked with GM engineers opening a TAC case.
They say GM as acknowledged there is at least one other case like this, but they have no solution.
At this point, I have owned the vehicle barely a year, with just 6,000 miles, and it has been at the dealer almost four weeks.
So the dealer has given up and said my next recourse is to begin the complaint process.
If anyone else has a similar experience, or any suggestions, please let me know.
I will update the forum as this progresses.
Thank you!

I would research the vehicle lemon law in your state. If your vehicle qualifies, contact an attorney. You will waste your time on the GM complaint process. The dealer has already contacted GM with no resolution.

I would leave the vehicle at the dealership as it has not been repaired. Keep meticulous notes.

Good luck and best wishes.
