2024 Yukon Denali Ultimate
Service Leveling system warning shows intermittently and ha done this since truck was new. No problems that I can tell and on 3 visits to dealer ( regular service)!they find nothing wrong and no codes.
No rhyme or reason and if car is restarted it goes away.
Has anyone else had this issue and what did they do to fix it.
Thanks in advance

Do you carry a lot of weight in the back end?

If the load it too great such that the air suspension can't level the truck, it'll throw that message (and not leave a code). GM could've been a little more descriptive other than just "service leveling system", but usually the only people that have that issue are those towing really heavy tongue weight trailers without a weight distribution hitch (like a car trailer or something).

I don’t usually have anything in truck and go weeks with just me and my wife. Have never towed anything.

I have had the exact same issue with my low mileage 2024 Tahoe Z71. Had it to the dealer twice with photos of the warning message, but they could never solve it.
It is disappointing when a vehicle (or anything else) throws an error message that is not logged.
Posted about this back in August. After the warning message, the suspension is disabled from changing. Sometimes a restart clears it, other times not.
One time, a secondary message like "suspension too high" came up.
Finally the warning message happened at a convenient time last week on 10/23/25 and I drove it right into the dealership and kept it running so they could have a third try at it.
The WiFi OBD2 dongle they use at the service writer area did not show any trouble, but it was clearly on the dash. Maybe the service techs have a different software/hardware to read deeper codes.
Don't know how fast they worked, but supposedly they ordered a part on 10/24.
Called them today and they are still waiting on some part.
Service advisor seemed to say they are replacing the main suspension control board.
One thing I will mention, is that often when I walk up to my parked Tahoe, I will hear the suspension exhaust a bit of air.
But when the warning code is acting up, I don't hear that.
So I am suspicious that maybe the exhaust solenoid valve is getting stuck (or maybe the controller driving it is intermittently bad).
Anyway, long post, but I will report back whatever they find.

I also just got this message on the DIC screen yesterday for the first time and again today and we haven’t done any towing or carried any heavy loads. The message has come up on the display usually after parking as the air suspension will not lower to its easy exit/entry level by exhausting the air from the system. This issue seems to clear itself after awhile or after a brief power off and cycling of the ignition, it happened today while out running errands with my wife. OnStar said take it to the dealer for further diagnosis.
