The signs have been up for a long time, but people keep coming for the cheap liquor and no income or sales taxes.

I don't know where in NH you reside, but if you are in southern NH near the general Nashua area, I know a great repair shop, if you ever need one.

Ha, I saw the sign when I moved up here but sadly for the NH folks, my Florida public education didn't provide a means to grasp the subtly of saying "we got plenty already" so too bad, I am here!

Anyway, welcome to NH and to our tribe of misfits! FWIW, many of us have used BlackBear performance for tuning out AFM and getting the trans in line. I had it done to my '13 Tahoe also and it was night and day. Whatever route you take, gotta make that a priority. @Joseph Garcia Is right, there is at least 3 of us with him and I near Nashua and @Charlie207 hiding out elsewhere in the state. Good find and happy to have another member.

Yep, I'm hiding up in Sullivan Co., near the CT River.

Hey OP, welcome to the forum. What part of the state are you in?

With the 6L80, you should be able to disable the AFM around town by shifting into Manual Mode - Gear 5 (that worked for me before my BBP tune). You may want to go into Gear 6, or back into Drive once you get onto the highway, but 5 speeds is more than enough for up to 50-55mph.

Thanks guys. I am in down in Hillsboro county but family is originally from Coos county up north. (Berlin, Errol area). My favorite part of the world.

Got my little Amazon gizmo in for the AFM detune and that will suffice til I decide what if any kind of tune to do to it.

I just looked at your sig line and noticed that your 1972 LeMans was my first car I put any kind of miles on. Got any pics of it? Mine had a 350, 3 speed auto on the floor.

Welcome from SoCal. Your car brought back a cool memory of a buddy taking me for a spin in his dad’s GS. Everyone smiled at me when I asked what a 455 was. What a ride! What an awesome way to learn about displacement.

Congrats on the Tahoe. It went to the right forever home. Swap out that carbon canister in back asap so the pellets don’t contaminate your fuel system. Those little suckers cause so many headaches.
