heres a preview of how perfectly it fits into a double din dash. i bought a replacement 03-06 tahoe bezel off of ebay (cheap vs a true denali bezel) for test fitting into my 02, ill need to make some sort of bracket to hold it in place, and will probably need to trim the 03+ dash to work in my 02 denali with the lower dash console. once i have it all perfect i'll be ordering a 03+ denali dash to make it all permanent.

this is with no trimming or modification at all to the dash trim fyi

When I had my 01 Tahoe I put an 03+ dash in it so I could fit a double din nav screen. It fit perfectly but the only thing that looked like shit was the AC controls were 1" too low

yea, i found somewhere else that you can modify how your controls are mounted and center them up nicely. once i get the whole rig put together ill post pics and steps of what i did to make it work.
