sagging headliner

just picked up a 98 Yukon. head liner is sagging but not only from one spot. its a bunch of different areas....not sure why.
any ideas on how to fix this?

pull the headliner out and replace it. very easy. Get new headliner in whatever texture/color you want from somewhere like JoAnn Fabrics (or any fabric shop) and some 3m super 77 adhesive spray/
