Welp, my wife's commute is just getting longer and longer. Looks like my days of 24s is coming to an end. I plan on swapping back to the OEM 20s for better gas mileage...

If I go back to 20's, I'm honestly thinking of going back to stock height. Does anyone else think the stance will look :wtf: with my current 2/3 drop?

:sorrysign:, just had to vent a little. I love the way the Yuk looks on my 24" Texas reps. I've yet to see another NNBS locally with them too. However, I honestly miss the acceleration and MPG with the stockies.

I roll 20s at 2/4 and looks alright IMO  certainly a lot better than stock height!

I don't think you've given divorce a fair chance.

Yeah I wouldn't give up drop. Also I dont' see how 20's- 24's really notice a gas mileage difference and speed. I mean I can hardly feel a change from when I take the 6's of to stock 22's. Only reason I could see an issue is if the roads are worse where she is traveling to.

My MPG difference is huge between my 20s and 26s. Like a solid 3mpg and I do 90% stop and go city driving. Probably not as big of a difference if it is mostly highway.

There's a dramatic difference in weight between my 24" Texas reps and stock Denali wheels. Huge difference!

Maybe for 22s ... there's no boobs that merit a 24 to 20 downgrade.

At least not in a world I want to live in. :(

There was no emoji for :butt: hahaha!

Sell the 24s

Sell the 20s

Get some nice light 22s like dub futures and keep the drop

I'm not looking to spend much this time around. I'd cry if she curbed Dubs.:mad3:

The weight of the wheel is what kills it for the most part.

Some wheels are inherently lighter. That makes a difference.

I like the going to 22s option!!!

I hear ya on this one. but from experience once you go 24's, its hard to go to 22's and still be happy with the look. 24's just fit the wheel well so good.:licklips:
