2016 Denali has bursts of rough sputtering even on smooth roads. Anyone else have this happen to them? Feels like I’m driving on a rumble strip then it goes away. Sometimes it goes away for a week and comes back. I have new tires so really not sure what it is but it’s very annoying.

i would strongly advise paying attention to how it is shifting, these things are notorious for Torque Convertor failures...

It does seem like shifting issue. I’m going to have a hard time explaining it but it sounds like tires aren’t spinning properly on the road…I know that doesn’t make sense but that’s what it feels and sounds like.

well, wait for trans failure due to the convertor ( very well known issue by GM since roughly 2014)....or start looking at aftermarket convertors and hope the trans clutches have not been compromised too badly
