I am gonna go 3 inch keys and z71 rear springs, i want to run 33's on my truck. What size wheels can I use? have 17's stock, but would 16's fit on my denali, just because the older trucks had 16's so its easier for me to find that rim and tire combo

I ran 295/70r17 Nitto Terra Grapplers on my 2002 Z71 with keys cranked and 2" spacers. It looked great and are a common tire to find. 295's are 32.8" and in my opinion, fit perfectly. If I remember right, with 305's you have a little trimming to do on the lower valance and inner plastic fender well. I had to trim a lot when I did 325/60r18 on keys and spacers.

wheel question

My denali comes stock with 17's but will i clear the calipers and what not with 16's? i can get tires cheaper and wheels cheaper for 16's. I was gonna do keys and z71 springs with dick cepek dc-2's ans some all terrains

16" rims will not fit due to your caliper size

I'm merging this thread and your other thread since they are the same thing essentially....

Thanks for merging I just wasn't sure if it's get enough exposure. You think dc-2's are cheap?

I would have to agree with Brandon here! As we've suggest before in other threads I'd suggest the NNBS Denali 20's or something along those lines for a NBS Denali.

I'm not about to pay for mud terrains for 30's tho and there's no chrome on the truck practically cuz everything is almost paint to match. I don't think dc-2's would look bad and they are a heck of a lot cheaper then oem 20's

If you're interested in keeping your Denali looking clean you'll rethink your choice here. The rims you have now look 100 times better than dc2's will on you Denali.

What about Mickey thompson classics? They're chrome, chrome is clean? I'm gonna do the lift, wheels and tires, ptm grill, and a ptm pre runner bar. Just about has a nice aggressive look

I want a nice lifted Denali

Mickey thompson classics are polished and will look like complete shit after one winter in ohio. With a colormatched grill + debadge you could get away with black wheels like some denali reps in a 20x8.5 with some 33x1250x20 toyo mts

But 20" mud tires are too much I can get 17-18's way cheaper

and oem's are going back on during the winter i would never run new wheels in the winter around here.

It's a Denali, not a 98 z71. Bullet holes and dc2s do not belong on a denali
