After dealing with an few burned bulbs from old, corroded light sockets, I found a NOS OE harness with new lenses/screws.
So out with the old...
In with the new....
So here's the minor issue, I was tightening the four 10MM bolts, and one was already broken off, but the other middle bolt pulled through the plastic.
If you are doing this, or remove the painted panel that holds the lights, watch the panel make contact with the liftgate, then give the nut a tiny bit more to apply some fastening torque, but don't crank it down.
I will likely need to source a new panel or glue some type of slot to hold the T-screw.
Sorry I forgot to take a pic but here's a web pic of the bolt locations
The panel holds tight still, but I need to find a replacement. Just food for thought if you need to remove this.
