Replaced Battery - Touched Wrench to battery and it sparked and now won't start

I was putting a new battery in my 2020 Yukon SLT and accidentally touched the wrench to one of the leads coming off the battery distribution block thing and it sparked. Car won't start at all. Any ideas? I've checked some of the relevant fuses and they seem fine.

Checked the main fuse block on top of the battery?

New battery will not start....
